They indicated WinZip needed to approve a refund and they contacted them. By 6/26, I asked ************ for a refund since the product is not functional. Ultimately, they said only Winzip can resolve the problem. ![]() ![]() They attempted to help over multiple calls throughout the month of June, including escalating to Winzip on my behalf. I contacted ************, who collects the license fees. WinZip never responded, although I've sent a number of followup problem reports. The situation occurred and on June 3, I submitted a problem report to get a correction. The product is flawed in that some ******* ******* can cause it to 'deregister' and winzip must provide a new license key. ![]() We have a three license annual subscription to the WinZip ****** ********* *****.
